New Moon is the subsequent book in the Twilight collections. The impending movie of the book is widely expected, with previews causing wonderful anticipation amidst Twilight devotees. Although the series was published for a teen crowd, its attractiveness has extended to followers from all age groups.
The novel commences on a awful note, when an episode at Bella’s birthday party leads Edward, her vampire boyfriend, to the decision to leave her for her own safety. Bella’s world falls apart, and for months she spends the days going through the motions, whilst at night she is haunted by nightmares.
Life begins getting better for her a bit when she gets a acquaintanceship with Jacob Black, a boy from the Indian tribe. When she is with him she can smile again, she finds she doesn’t hurt so much, and it’s nice to have someone who’s there for her and to feel normal once more.
However, Bella’s life is not meant to be typical, and there’s more to Jacob than meets the eye. On top of that, the chase is still on, with something seeking revenge and determined to get to her.
All that stands between her and tragedy are the wolves…see this twilight poster of Jacob in action [link] … and a race to Italy is all that stands between Edward and the Volturi, an ancient, lethal, all-powerful group of vampires.
In this second book, it’s sometimes challenging to like Bella. She makes some foolish choices, and she can come across as relatively self-centered. Then again, this is due to the talent of Stephenie Meyer, who is exceptional at producing believable character types. Bella is a teen woman with a damaged heart, and sometimes she doesn’t conduct yourself in a realistic manner. This makes her seem as realistic, and ultimately the audience will care about what occurs to her.
Jacob is a delightful improvement to the plot. A limited personality in Twilight, he’s added to the lead and with him results a storyline loaded with myth and legend.

Eager not to leave behind Edward, Bella rekindles a friendship with Jacob Black, a enormous, hard-edged youngster with a tendency to live your life recklessly. Jacob resides on the area’s Indian reservation, whose population detest the vampires for purposes that grown to be increasingly clear as Bella’s friendship with Jacob deepens.
All of a sudden, Jacob stops contacting or coming by. Bella is hurt and perplexed. When confronting him, Bella finds that Jacob is a werewolf. Jacob is terrified that Bella won’t wish to be acquaintances any more, but Bella insisted that they continue their friendship. Bella continues to do reckless things as a way to stay around to Edward.
Right after, she decides to soar of a high cliff and nearly drowns. Alice, Edward’s sibling, sees in a vision Bella purportedly trying to destroy herself and races
to Forks. When she gets there and realizes Bella is Fine she gets a vision of Edward headed to the Volturi to ask them to execute him. He believes if Bella is deceased, he does not prefer to be there. Alice and Bella race to Italia to rescue him, where Bella and Edward realise that they cannot survive without each other.
Opinions:
Stephenie Meyers does a amazing job drawing comparison concerning the two love interests in Bella’s life. Hot vs. cold, dark vs. light, and adolescence vs. maturity. New Moon stretches on the vampire storyline and draws new clashes into Bella and Edward’s partnership. It keeps a quick pace and near-genius balance of breathtaking love and actions.
